A Real American Hero

Today our oldest nephew, Ken, came home from a year long deployment in Afghanistan. We're so proud of him and so grateful he's home safe and sound. We met Ken at the airport with a sign I made.

We haven't had family pictures since before Jaxon was born so when I saw a groupon deal, I couldn't pass it up. We took these the first day it snowed (not on purpose believe me!) at Wheeler Farm. We were all freezing but it was worth it (maybe).

Baby Blessing

Paul's brother blessed his new baby up in Idaho so we made a weekend out of it. In two days, we went to dinner with a party of over 20 (more than half kids/babies yikes), went swimming, Jaxon got his hair done in cornrows like his cousin Paige, we met a new cousin, hugged, played, fed babies, saw Jade blessed, watched the BYU game (Jaxon passed out and his dad and uncles gave him glasses to look like his daddy).  It was so much fun!
