Jaxon's all ready

Jaxon is going through a phase where he wants to get himself ready for church. Can you tell which one he did? 5 just isn't quite big enough, he cracks me up though.

Class of 2027

Jaxon came home with his "Class of 2027" shirt. Its crazy to think of.

So sweet

Jaxon made me a "heart" pin. It was cut in half and he wanted me to wear one and he wore the other. This boy melts my heart every time.

Jaxon and the Fall

Jaxon took a tumble walking (more like running) home with his sibling p. I got a call from a friend who helped him and the girls. He looked like this when I picked him up.

We headed straight for the instacare where he got some numbing cream (it's under the blue bandage). He wasn't sure about it until a very sweet lady told him he looked like a ninja turtle.  It snapped him right out of the shock and he was ready to play. He was AMAZINGLY brave. The doctor kept asking if he needed a nurse to hold him down and Jaxon sat perfectly still he whole time (mom almost passed out it was so gross). He's a tough kid.

Jaxon is in Kindergarten

Jaxon started kindergarten and he loved it. He was a little nervous but it helped when he saw his friend Brandon from preschool. He loves his teacher. I think this is going to be a great year.

Jaxon's Big Haircut

Jaxon got a big hair cut before school started. The hairstylist chopped it. All his cute curls were gone but he LOVES it. He looks so grown up and happy. He's such a handsome little guy.

Jaxon starts Soccer

Somebody started soccer today and even got his favorite number, nine. In his world, everything is in nines: nine hundred, minty-nine, nine million, etc. Five year olds learning soccer is one of the funniest/cutest things ever.

Jaxon's Preschool Graduation

Jaxons graduated from preschool today. He's been going to the elementary preschool for the last two years and has loved Miss Julie. The program was cute. They sang songs and told what they want to be when they grow up. Jaxon still wants to be a doctor.

Invitations

Jaxon wanted a Mickey Mouse party and wanted to invite all his friends from preschool AND primary. This was his first birthday party with friends and it was a lot of fun. We played pin the nose on Mickey (I designed and printed all the games), Mickey bingo and Mickey treasure hunt. Jaxon wanted dirt cake and had lots of fun!

Jaxon is Five

Today, Jaxon celebrated his fifth birthday. Jaxon is our silly, little tease. He loves playing jokes on people and teasing them. He's always happy. He's stubborn. He thinks he's never sick and never needs sleep. He works really hard on his speech therapy. He still loves Mickey Mouse but has really gotten into Minecraft this year. He's started collecting all the different toys and loves playing the game on the ipad. Happy birthday Jaxon!

Day off

Today was Jaxons kindergarten orientation so I took the day off to take him. Before school, we had just enough time to get some Duncan Donuts with the older kids.

Then we went to the orientation. 

He got to go visit the kindergarten classrooms with the current kindergartners and they taught them a song. Jaxon cannot wait to start real school.

Like father like son

Jaxon's Mickeys

Jaxon LOVES Mickey Mouse. He has a crazy amount of Mickey toys that he plays with all the time. His favorite is baby mickey and ironman mickey. Yes, he names them all _______ Mickey. Such a funny kid :)

Lunch Date

Because we got home so late last night from the Bahamas, I took the day off to get us caught up (laundry, bought food, etc). One of the perks was I got to go on a lunch date with Jaxon before dropping him off at preschool (which may or may not have made us late for school oops). Love getting to spend time with this little guy.

Jaxons first day of Preschool

Jaxon is back in preschool this year with Ms. Julie and Ms. Sarah. He loves school and was excited to be the door holder.
